This was an amazing deal.We took the Empire State Building option, went at 6pm with no queues, very few people on the viewing stage.
The tour operators were excellent. The nightime tour was spectacular, even allowing for the clous that made it a bit different. Both the River cruises were extremely enjoyable and informative. Have not used Viator before but we will be doing so during this years trip to Singapore, Sydney and Hong Kong. An excellent one-stop shop for the traveller.
This package offers very good value for those visiting New York for the first time. But make sure you ask when collecting the tickets about the last boats and buses as most of them finish early.
Friendly tour guides, long circuits covering Harlem and brooklyn, frequent buses...
GREAT WAY TO SEE NEW YORK .WE HAD A EXCELLENT GUIDE(LARRY LOVE) REALY KNOWS NY. AND SOME STORIES WERE VERY INTERESTING. WOULD STRONGLY RECOMEND THIS TOUR(DOWN TOWN).ONLY DISAPOINTMENT WAS UPTOWN TOUR. NO!! GUIDE GIVEN A PAIR EAR BUDS TRIED 3 DIFFRENT OUTLETS DIDN'T WORK!UPTOWN TOUR WASNT AS INTERESTING OR AS MUSH TO SEE.A TRAVELL CARD WOULD BE BETTER THAN A 3 FT.STRIP OF PAPER AS YOUR TICKET

This compilation ticket offered very good value for money. We could only use it for 2 days but saw nearly all the attractions. Some bus commentators were better than others and we did find that looking for some of the stops was difficult. At some stops there were staff in uniform to help. It was worth buying this ticket especially if you needed a quick overall view of NY.

Would not recommend. The bus was often full and could not pick us up. We waited at Lincoln Center for over an hour for a bus. Finally walked to our destination after giving up on getting a bus. At every stop we would see several other buses come by before one of our buses came by.
