Tour guide Claudia was excellent. Great knowledge of history and sights. Tour was on time. Well organised.

Was fun but the guide was a bit annoying, he was trying to be funny and frankly fell on deaf ears.

The trip itself was great but we didn't spend enough time in Windsor or Oxford. Windsor Castle is located in a charming town and basically we only got 1.5 hrs to spend at the castle. We spent a few minutes watching the changing of the guards, hurried through the castle and grabbed aquick lunch to eat on the bus. We could have used twice the amount of time to really enjoy the castle and spend some time in the area around it. Stonehenge was very chilly so the brief stop there was fine. We then proceeded to Oxford where once again we were rushed through a quick tour and a brief view of the town. I think the tour tries to pack too much in one day. The tour guide was just fair. The buses were comfortable and all in all it was a great day.

A lot to see in one day! Guide was informative. Travel time between towns is long. Would prefer to only see 2 out of the 3 and spend longer there. Meant to have 2 hours at Windsor but by the time bus parks away from centre of town, walk in, line up for security and you get in, there's only an hour and a half left before you have to be back at bus....also need to find time for a toilet break ( none on bus) and buy something to eat (no lunch otherwise). Does limit the amount that can be seen. The queue to see the dolls house meant we had to skip that and wizzed thru chapel without time to listen to recorded commentary.
Bus seats are narrower than others I've been on, without lots of leg room ( and no recline). This tour was operated by Evans Evans.
As long as you are aware you are only getting a taste of these places in the amount of time then do it. We did enjoy it all but would have loved more time at Windsor and Oxford. 45 minutes at Stonehenge was plenty....especially as it can be particularly cold there! Only had 40 minutes free time in Oxford (again toilet break included.....not many loos about!).
The tour was very unorganized. The bus was late getting there in the morning, late taking off to Windsor and then when we got to Windsor, it took 40 minutes for the guide to buy our tickets. As a result, we only had an hour at the Castle. There was a family that was late getting on the bus after Windsor and we waited 20 minutes for them instead of leaving them as we had been promised. As a result, the rest of the day was cut short. Also, please note, the price of the tickets to Stonehenge and Windsor are not included in this price. This is only a bus ride...not worth the price in my opinion.
