When making a booking, you will need to advise the following:

• Flight details (Flight numbers and times), and
  
• Brisbane accommodation details (Hotel name and address)
Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

• Transfers between Brisbane Airport and Brisbane City (including Kangaroo Point) hotels or Gold Coast and Broadbeach hotels. Select option at time of booking. Please note: If the Brisbane option is selected and your hotel is actually located on the Gold Coast you'll be required to pay the difference direct.
• Transportation by mini coaches
• English speaking driver

• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be  accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
• Transfer shuttle is a 21-seater mini coaster
